Today was fairly insane. I'll spare the details, but basically every customer the store has ever had came to buy something today. All the brides have decided that they'd like to create their wedding invites this week as well. All in all, my head was ready to explode by 6. Hopefully I'll survive tomorrow alone.
I still didn't finish those cards, but I did take a photo of the front of one. This is my favorite, and it's going to be Grandma Rosie's Mothers Day card. The little circle at the top says "Can you come get me?". That's something I pulled on her quite frequently. I also finished off my layout for a class. Here's a peek at it until I scan it at the store on the big scanner. It has no pictures on it, so it's not really that interesting, but I really like it. I don't often do black. Brown is my colour. But it was good to try something different. Thanks Jen for suggesting the Stickles, it looks great.
Ryan suggested that we go to GP to go climbing when he comes home. They have an indoor thing there. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be able to do it, I am such a weakling. I'm gonna give it a try though. Of course, I'll have to make a stop by the lss as well. I can't wait till he gets home in 5 days. 3 weeks away is far too long. I can handle 2, but after that I start going crazy. I get all emotional and drive him crazy. But you can't blame me, I love him. Anyhow, a trip to GP should be fun. It's nice to visit an actual town every once and a while. Stock up on stuff you can't get in Fort St John. Like La Senza underwear, very essential. haha.
