I officially have a lot of stamps. Ryan, if you're reading this, I'm lying. I do not have enough, in fact, I need more. Yeah, that's it. more...... so, okay, I have a lot, and a lot I haven't used yet. So I dumped them all onto the floor and spread them all out so I could see them. I made these two cards today. I really like both of them. Normally, I don't do much for colouring in images. Mostly because I'm lazy. I really like the look though. I'll have to do it more. Now though, I'm getting a slight panic attack by the mess behind me on the floor. There's stamps everywhere, I can't take it. My problem is that I need a better storage solution for them. For now I'm going to dump them all into this rolling plastic cart that's been sitting empty in my bedroom closet. I don't have room for it out here though, so I guess I'm storing stamps in my bedroom now. Lucky Ryan.
Today is a day off, I haven't done much. I normally lay around and watch tv on Sundays, scrapbook and all that. Then on Monday I do all my errands and clean the house. I feel I deserve a day of absolutely no responsibility once a week. Tonight I'm calling Maria. Maria, I really want to drive down and see you, you poor girl! Maria dislocated her knee last week. My motherly urges are telling me to go help her. She's one tough cookie though, so she hopefully will be better soon. I'm off to go start watching season 3 of Corner Gas for the zillionth time. Bye bye!
Products Used: The first card is Love, Elsie paper with stamps from Inkadinkado (Santa and stocking) and Stampendous (Happy Holidays). I added white Staz-on to the snowflakes (Heidi Swapp) and attached with MM brads. The second card I finally busted out my Tsukineko glue pad. The flourish is a new one from Inque Boutique that I covered in glitter. The butterfly and birds are from Basic Grey. The "hello there" is a dollar stamp from Hampton Arts. Papers from Creative Imaginations and MM.
