CHA Favourites

I love CHA. So many great scrapbooking supplies all at once. I hate having to wait for them to actually be available though! Here are some of my top wish list items:Basic Grey's Max & Whiskers! Another pet line! Great colours and great patterns! Can't beat Basic Grey
Hambly's new line of transparencies. I really want to use the white one up front for snowflakes.

Bo Bunny's Roughin' It line. Always on the lookout for a good camping line. Can't use the same stuff year after year!
Sassafras's Cherry Delicious line. At first my favourite of theirs was Apple Jack - but I think that this one is something I will use way more. the pink and teal really caught my eye.
Cosmo Cricket's new Joy Ride line! I love the great colours, I love the circles, and I really love the dog. I want every single piece of this line 5 times over, and I still don't think it will be enough. This is my No 1 fave by far!!

Crate Paper's Brook I love the colours in this line! Really excited to get my hands on this one.
This one is also by Crate. It's called Pink Plum. I love how rich it is. I see it being great for girly pages. Crystal you need to get this one for Adalyn.

High on Ice

I felt I should post something. I've been so busy with school! Monday I start my full 6 weeks practicum and I expect it to get much busier! The other day I took a bit of a break, and Ryan and I checked out High on Ice. I missed it last year, and was happy to catch it. With all the warm weather we are having, I was afraid they would be all melted!

I think that the one above, or the angel are my favourite. I can't decide. I like this one because of all the pieces that appear to be floating. That must take some talent.

Ryan was so hilarious with the ice slides. He had to try out all 6 and pick his favourite. Too funny!

More Workouts

I chose this photo of 2 children working out on EA Active More Workouts. It was much nicer than a photo of me working out. My face goes so red!! Today was a totally crazy workout. I had to do 120 stride jumps, then sprint, and then jump rope 150 times all in a row. It was very intense. I was puffing and grunting.

I'm enjoying it so far. I have chosen the "hard" setting which apparently is for people who workout at the gym 3 times or more a week. Crystal, I want you to come over one day so we can do the obstacle course together. Also paddling and waterskiing. ☺

I haven't weighed myself yet.... perhaps next week. If I have any decent news then I will share it.

10 Best of 2009

Here are my 10 favourite layouts of 2009. It was so hard to decide! I had about 16 favourites..... I then tried to number them from 10 (least favourite) to 1 (most favourite) but I couldn't do it. So in order of oldest to newest...I love the colours in this layout. I also love the snowflakes with the pearls in the centre.

This layout will always be a favourite. Great colours in this one. Love the clouds.

I worked so hard on this one! Love the muted tones.

Crystal got me to sand the picture on this one. I love how roughed up it is.

This one is a favourite because of how personal it is. I am happy everyone agreed to journal a bit for me.

These pictures have a cool effect on them. They are overexposed... or under, I don't know the technical lingo. Anyhow, it worked great with the Snorkel paper.

This is one of my favourite photos of my grandma and great uncle. This paper was a perfect match for the elegance of the photo.

This is the only layout I've ever sprayed on and liked enough to keep. I've tried it on others and thought it was ugly and thrown it out.

This one has great colours and I love the photo arrangement. The buttons are good too. I don't use them as often as I should.

This layout is so soft. Love the clear snowflakes.

Thanks for checking out my 2009 review. Can't wait to complete my first layout of 2010!
