Mother's Day cards

Ryan and I spent Friday night making cards for our Mom's. He made his all by himself! Thanks Michelle for lending us some stamps. I'm going to try and make a Father's day one while I've still got them!

This is mine - really simple. Added some popdots and buttons, so it'll need 2 stamps for sure!

A project for June

June asked me if I could scrapbook this photo of her. She really loves it, but was scared to scrapbook herself. I accepted the challenge and created this canvas for her. I used SEI Jolie Chocolat paper and a bit of Chatterbox's Artsylicious. I tried to include a lot of shimmer and bling as that is what June loves. Teal is her favourite, but she hates pink. I hope it's okay I included some of my favourite too. It went so well with the photo. The clear butterflies are all embossed and the flower elements are popdotted at different levels to give it some unique texture.

One pager

A one page layout of some photos from Christmas time. This may have been dinner on the 25th. I don't remember. The photos are crappy, but I thought I should scrap it anyhow. Paper and embellishments are KI Memories Good Tidings, red paper is Basic Grey, journal spot is Cosmo Snorkel.

Bunny Pups

I finished this layout last night. Other than some cardstock it is all Bo Bunny's new line Sophie. It took me a while to complete, but I like the way it turned out. The best part is, I have none of this paper left, and used all the chipboard pieces. There's only some of the 12x12 sticker sheet remaining. That means I bought the perfect amount!

Robin's Egg Blue and Chocolate

No, we are not getting married. However, we will one day. Ryan and I were watching this wedding show and then I asked him about wedding colours. I googled some options and this is what he liked: robins egg blue and chocolate. I'm posting these here as a "safe place". If I save them on the computer I will surely lose them.

High On Ice

One more layout complete! These photos have been sitting on my desk neglected for a while.

This first picture is for Crystal. I wanted to show her my good use of scraps! All I had left was a tiny piece of pink cardstock, but needed to mat this piece. So I sliced it in half and taped it on! This is the border on the right hand of the second page. Don't say I don't use paper wisely Crystal!

This is the completed layout. I used a mixture of stuff. Most of it is October Afternoon's Cherry Hill - which is not wintery at all. I thought the pink and yellow complimented the blues in the photos well. The background is Reminisce paper from many years ago (like 4 maybe?). I coloured some Maya chipboard snowflakes with copics and then added some cutouts from Ki Memories lace paper and topped with pink gems. Some glittery Thickers and Prima gems finished it off.

Happy Easter

I bought these ears last year - but didn't use them. These are the best shots I could get. This first one is my favourite - total Mack attitude.

Steve is hilarious in this one. Mack is so happy, thinking this is a great time. Steve is thinking "why did Adam leave me here with these people?"

Easter Kisses!
